• printing on ready-made envelope;
• in-line image printing in the process of production.

Printing on ready-made envelope it is a convenient and fast method of envelope printing; it also provides an opportunity to print small amounts (starting from  1.000 pcs.) within a short period of time (3-5 working days). Using such method we have some restrictions. An image has to meet the following requirements:

• an image has to be on the front side of an envelope;
• the interval between the top edge and the image has to be at least 11 mm;
• there is no possibility to print solid coverage;
• maximum colors are 4.

In-line image printing is carried out during the process of envelope production

The customer has the possibility to choose also the type of printing:

• Flexographic printing ;
• Offset printing .

Flexographic printing method is used for in-line envelope production. This type of printing is used for printing of simple images (texts, graphic images); maximum colors are 2 outside printing and 1 inside printing. Flexographic printing is cheap, and it is good for big amounts.

Envelopes with large ink coverage and special company colors are recommended to be print using offset method of printing. This method is more expensive but almost has no limits for color rendering. Maximum colors are 6. Offset printing is recommended for the orders more than 5.000 pcs.
